Select 'Realtek High Definition Audio Driver' and press button. At the end of the procedure, select to restart the system and press to complete the uninstallation. It will install audio driver automatically after computer restarted. Once after the original driver removed, reboot the computer. Click 'Next' to remove the original audio driver in your system. Run setup.exe, it will remove the original driver in your system. Follow Step 2,3,4 described in above to complete the procedure. Finally, select to restart the system and press to complete the installation. If the Windows popup 'Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software' message, press 'Install this driver software anyway' to continue the installation. If the screen resolution is lower than 1024*768,press to continue the installation. Run the setup.exe program to start the installation. If the Windows popup 'Digital Signature Not Found' message, press to continue the installation.

Before installing the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver, Press the button if Windows detect the Multimedia Audio device. I must also add that Realtek is not in the control panel when switched to the large icon view.The Realtek Digital Output shows decibel movement on the graph of the Sound Playback section and is set as default device but no audio is heard.It disappears when headphones are unplugged from the front port. While headphones are plugged into a port on front of PC, the 'Speakers (Realtek (R) Audio)' continuously appears then disappears in both the Sounds panel & Device manager.Some things I have noticed while troubleshooting. Uninstalled Voicemeter Banana & Drivers from PC (Audio ports didn't work before I installed either).I have not rolled back to any old drivers because the audio ports have not worked since I've purchased this PC brand-new 6 months ago.Gone into BIOS to make sure HD audio is enabled.Updated all realtek to most recent drivers.Uninstalled & Reinstalled all Realtek drivers.They are all suggesting doing the same thing which I've tried and not working. So I've looked all over the web and all over Toms Hardware forums for an answer, all over YouTube, etc.
